"Somebody stop that man," the little wizard cried as the subject of his concern stepped into a cab and pulled away from the curb into downtown traffic. A few people on the busy sidewalk looked quizzically at the anxious figure in the garish purple robe, pointed purple hat, and horned-rimmed glasses, but most ignored him.
"What's the trouble, Mack?" a tall, beefy cop intercepted the wizard as he was about to step into the street.
"That young man," the wizard gestured frantically. "I just sold him an invisibility potion--"
The cop snorted. "No law against that. Ought to be, if you ask me, but there ain't."
"You don't understand," the wizard panted. "I made a mistake--"
"What? You didn't overcharge him enough?"
